At Big Brothers Big Sisters we pride ourselves on working with our interns to provide them with the experiences they want and need in order to gain experience before entering the workforce. All internships are project based and each intern has their own projects they are completely responsible for. Thus, we are looking for people who are self-starters and are able to plan, implement, and follow-up on projects with limited supervision. Back ground checks are conducted on all employees before hiring.
