Corporate Giving

Mentoring is one of the keys to success in both business and in life. When you started in your career, who was the person that sparked your passion? Was it a teacher, a new co-worker, or maybe your first boss? And think back even further too when you were a child. Who did you look-up to or aspire to be? Who was your hero? For thousands of children their hero has yet to be found. But with your help, we'd like to give them that chance.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin helps children who often are faced with circumstances that stand in the way of becoming successful later in life--divided families, poverty and even neglect or abuse. We help kids grow and succeed through the simple act of providing them with a caring adult friend and mentor. For many of these children, their Big Brother or Sister is often the one reliable and constant adult role model they have--truly a hero.

We are proud to be promoting our "Corporate Giving Circle". It is our goal, with your generous support of our programs, to go from serving 600 children to 1000 children in the next four years. Accomplishing our goal will not be easy. There are currently 128 children on our waiting list and to serve them we will need to recruit and train twice as many volunteers, match them with children, and provide ongoing support. But we know, from the stories told by Bigs and Littles and from research, that matches made by Big Brothers Big Sisters have the power to transform lives.
