Fund a Match Golf Tournament

The St. Croix Valley Fund a Match Golf Tournament was established over nine years ago to raise critical funds that impacts children facing adversity. All proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin and directly support children in Pierce and St. Croix counties. This event features 18 holes of golf, lunch before the shotgun-start, a silent auction, and incredible on course games and activities! We hope to see you there!

2023 Frequently asked questions

  1. Where should I check-in?

Before you get to check-in, you’ll see some amazing volunteers outside to welcome you and let you know about for purchase items at check-in. They will point you inside the clubhouse for check-in.

  2. What is for purchase at check-in?

At check-in you’ll have the opportunity to buy a cheater kit ($20) complete with 3 opportunities to “cheat for charity”, a hole-in-one contest attempt ($20) to try to win $10,000, and BBBSNW Hats ($30).

  3. Is there anything else for purchase after check-in?

Yes! After you check-in you’ll see a volunteer team selling 50/50 raffle tickets, silent auction will be open and live for bidding—and new this year, registration raffle games! Once you are out on the course, if you forgot to buy your hole-in-one contest chance you will be able to do so. You’ll also be able to participate in our closest to the pin 50/50 contest on-course.

  4. Are there unpaid games?

Yes! We have two opportunities on-course to win prizes and one door prize game! Men’s and Women’s longest drive and longest putt will be awarded a prize!

  5. When will silent auction close?

It is important that everyone get a chance to participate in silent auction. For that reason, we monitor its closure day-of when all participants have returned back to the clubhouse. This is historically around 4:45-5:00pm. Audio and visual announcements on carts and the course PA system will keep everyone informed of precise closure.

  6. Will silent auction be online or in person?

We will be hosting our silent auction in-person for this event. Live bid sheets will be available by each item.

  7. Do the winners receive anything?

We award our lowest scoring foursome a trophy and foursome to a local course—new this year, each golfer will receive a $125 gift card to Golf Galaxy!
