Battle Golf is not your father’s golf event. Battle golf is a 2-person scramble played in a Match-style Format. The team that posts lowest score on each hole selects one club to “block” from one of their opponents’ bags. Teams also have the option to “unblock” a club in one of their own bags if they elect not to block an opponent’s club. Once a club is “blocked” it may not be utilized for the remainder of the match or until a hole win is utilized to “unblock” that club. Teams that finish with the same score on a hole results in a “push” and no clubs are blocked or unblocked for that hole. There are no carryover “blocks” or “unblocks” for winning a hole immediately after a “push” or multiple pushed holes.

Join Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern WI as we prepare to celebrate our Annual Gala, the largest single day fundraising event we host all year. This year’s event will take place on November 8th, 2019 at the Florian Gardens.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin is proud to present Fashion FORward – Giving Back in Style. This special event will be held on Thursday, September 19th, 2019 from 6:00-8:00pm at Ready Randy’s in New Richmond WI.  This event will benefit children in our community who are facing adversity by providing professionally supported, one-to-one mentoring relationships.

This year’s event will have new featured boutiques who will share their upcoming fall lines as well as their expertise and knowledge of the fashion industry. Our models will include local “celebrity” community members and some of our “Little’s” and “Big’s”. In addition, a delicious dinner will be served, and there will be local vendors, a silent auction and raffle prizes.  $40 a ticket.
